The historic winery for Bianchello par excellence, Fiorini has always focused on promoting the local varieties Bianchello and Sangiovese. A family-run winery, today it is run by the third generation, Carla Fiorini. The winery owns 40ha of vineyards and produces wines from almost entirely from its own grapes.
