We are located in Morrovalle, a beautiful medioval village, also known as a “Città del Vino”. The property extends over 41 hectares on some of the area most suited to viticulture in the province of Macerata. Vines are planted on 7 hectares of land. To make wines of exceptionally high quality we use very low yields and in the cellars we use advanced yet natural techniques at low temperatures. These allow us to maintain grapes of very high quality and wines that are very true to the fruit. All of our red wines and some of our white wines are aged in French oak barrels from anything between two-three months and 16-18 months according to the wine we are making. We limit our production so we are able to control the production process with the attention it needs to ensure high quality and uphold the tradition of high quality production, the historic characteristic of our company.
