Now it continues in the hills of the true Marca di Corridonia and Villa San Filippo, Monte San Giusto, A vast landscape of variegated land exposed to the wind and sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The Santori vineyard of thirteen hectors of row upon row of grapevines extending to the south matures in the grapes a sensorial emotion recognizable by its cleanliness, precision and elegance. Santori wines are created with the belief in the importance of quality not quantity. In the wine cellars as well as excellent technology there is the enjoyment of letting time ,which is the most costly and often less used element , do its work.
