AZ. AGR. MADONNABRUNA DI PETRACCI PAOLO

Immersed in the gentle hills of the Marche hills which surround the old town of Fermo, the Madonnabruna winery takes its name from the commemorative aedicule at the entrance to the winery. The statue portrays the Madonna of Loreto, worshipped by locals and for whom a church was construted in the area. Located only 4km from the sea, between the communes of Fermo and Lapedona, the winery has a beautiful panoramic view over the green hills and the Adriatic. The winery has approx. 50 hectares planted with vineyards, orchards and arable plants on rotation and confirms to the EU regulation (F1) on low environmental impact. Madonnabruna has 14 hectares of specialised vineyards, all registered under the DOC Rosso Piceno. The vineyards, located at an elevation of between 100 and 200m are planted with Montepulciano and Sangiovese.
