AZIENDA AGRICOLA FRATELLI BUCCI S.S. SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA

Our farm produces a range of products including durum wheat, common wheat, peas, sunflowers, seeds and olives. We also have 25 hectares of Verdicchio di Castelli di Jesi DOC vineyards and 6 hectares of DOC Rosso Piceno Montepulciano and Sangiovese vineyards. We produce 100,000 – 120,000 bottles of Verdicchio and 20,000 – 30,000 bottles of Rosso Piceno only with grapes that come from our vineyards with CEE certified “Organic growing” practices. Our vineyards are very old (average age 35 yrs) and yield per hectare is low, 6000 – 7000kg. The cellars are located underground. We use large (50 – 75hl), old (80yrs) barrels to age both our white and red wines so that they do no impart any aromas of wood to the wines.
