La Staffa is a young winery that covers 6 hectares of vineyards of Verdicchio and Montepulciano. The philosophy behind our agricultural processes is to keep them as natural as possible, our vineyards are mature and we have a great passion for agriculture with respect for the environment and for good wine. Our winemaking is responsible with very few interventions in the cellars.
